Can my dad send a saman to my grandfather in UP from Maharashtra for dividing a propery after grandfather death, Becz he is not ready to do divide a property now & my dad has no faith on his brother that he will be loyal

1) summon is sent by court not ur father.

2) After his death file partition suit.
