i am the only daughter of my father and mother. my mother expired in 2011.she had two properties.can my father sell or transfer those properties without my permission?

Dear Madam,
On the demise of your mother, unless your mother has left behind her Will that the title of her properties should be transferred in your name, the title of her properties vests in your father. He is free to deal with the properties in the manner he best deems fit and your father does not need your permission to deal with them.
