Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

We are four daughter one is married my mother sold her property to buy a new house but due to her age she could not get through a loan thus the bank gave a loan to my sister taking my older married sister as co borrower . Property documents are on both the sisters name. Now my mom wants the property on her name where the co borrower is not agreeing is there any way this property be transferred on our moms name. She has a fear that her other two unmaried daughters will have hard time in case of her death from her married daughter. The initial major amount was paid by my mother by selling our old house. And the balance EMI are by the sister. Kindly do let me know any way the flat be transferred on mom name

no she cannot get the property in her own name. she can will her share to her unmarried daughters
