Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Daughter's name is on 7/12 extracts for the property which is inherited from her father. Her one of the brother has done registered hakkasod patra from all the property and all the property rights done in his own name. This all was done without giving any knowledge to the above said sister while taking her signatures. Is is possible to get back the inherited property

Dear Sir / Madam,

Since the daughter's name appears as the title holder of the property on the 7/12 extract, she remains the legal rightful owner of the property. The "hakkasod" patrika or any other document registered by the brother without his sister's signature thereon is senseless and meaningless.
