Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear Advocate, I thank you for your reply with regard to rovocation of Gift Deed. However, I wish to point our here that he revoked neither the consent of the donee nor any directives of the court. Further, as we have handed over all the original documents "for safe custody". But, they have misused and made criminal breach of trust. Since they have not followed any legal or moral principles, I feel they are liable for civil/criminal action.
In view of the above, please confirm what action I have to take. How to remove opposite parties names from the records?
Your answer is very important for me.
Regards

Dear Sir / Madam,
The donor does not require the donee's consent to revoke a Gift Deed. On revocation, the title of the property vests with the donor.
