Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear All,
This is Sujeet Kumar Working in a B2B Portal based Company as A Manager In Delhi.
Basically i belong to Bihar and the dispute of land on which i need a legal suggestion is also situated in Bihar.
Actually, Its my Nanaji's (My Mother's Father ) Land situated at Vaishali District . My mother was the only daughter of her Father. She got Married to another district (Muzaffarpur) , Time to time she used to visit her home and land till My Nanaji was alive, , Problem started , when Nanaji Died, there youger brother's Children means My Mother's two Cousin brothers started capturing the property , As now My Nanaji and his younger brother both died. Even none of the property is been registered to my mother.
My mother is now fighting and struggling to get back those properties. But as my mother's cousins are localities of there district , hence they are using there force, power and wealth to capture properties.
I would like to request you all responsible lawyers of India to pave me a path on which i may help my mother to get back her property.. Me and my family will be always thankful to you all ..

Do you have any record/estimate as to how much property your grandfather had? This has to be known. You can get the information from registrar office. After that, that property as per law would be shared among all the surviving heirs and accordingly one share will come to your mother. Then your mother can file a partition suit and can claim her share. Dear Sujeet, you have to be there for some time to get the whole facts.
