Dear,
We are five brothers, and there is a land of 5 acre on my late fathers name . Now my brother , who was using this property since long time is not willing to divide in equal among all. I had filed a suit in court. In response to that brother is saying property purchased on father's name by his money, however that is not true and he don't have any proof for the same . Can you please suggest me on how to proceed.

Need not worry the whole property shall be divided equally in court as u have filed partition suit... for any query do reply me at [email protected]
You have already filed a suit and same is pending in the court. In such case, it may be appropriate to seek advice from the lawyer appointed in the suit as he/she may be in know of all the facts and circumstances of the matter.
