Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear Sir , I have applied for home-loan from private bank on thier verbal confirmation when they see my personal documents & salary alongwith my resale propery papers of first owner. Accordingly I have paid processing fees & thier aggrement fees and after thier verbal go-ahead I have did registration of resale flat by paying stamp duty 3 lacks, But when I submitted my registered documents in bank ;now bank refuses to pay loan due to builder issues with bank.But I asked them since I am purchasing falt from second owner how come builder came in picture?, but bank denied for funding , now I lost total 3.5 lacks for stamp duty , regst. fees & processing +advocate fees . PL. ADVICE CAN I GET REFUND OF THESE ALL MONEY FROM BANK.(I hv sanction letter of bank but with no property selection)

You may not be able to establish a claim against bank in the absence of loan approval of bank for a specific property.
