Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear Sir,
10 days back we have booked the flat through cheque payment of Rs.3 lac in Pre-Launch Offer in Chennai, India.The launching of the project may be after two months.There is no agreement between us only blocked the flat.
Due to signature error , the cheque is bounced back.The builder informed us to reissue the cheque , but, we want to come out of the project. If I give letter and come out of the project , any legal problem arises?.Can you please inform me to take necessary steps.

you can write to the builder and opt out of the project. there will be no issues unless you have signed an agreement and which have terms to the contrary.
