Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan
Dear sir due our family matters my father aak me from his property and also he give on news paper and in stomp paper,he done second marriage and he is very greedy man now i am a doctor and working abroad so i have a house from my own source of income and the house is on my name,so he file a suit against my house to claim that he is the one give me that money to purchased the house.so want to know that what is the leagl way and how he can claim my property after issued the aak naamaaa.pls advise sir

According to a Hadees "Whatever belongs to you is owned by your father" ... Anyways legally speaking he can only claim that house if he can prove it to be a benami transaction. For more do consult at [email protected]
