Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear Sir,
My father has borrowed money from lender against land document, but he doesn't signed in any bond. he now threatening us to take over the land against money we owe to him.
Kindly advice what can we do now

Does the lender has original document? If yes, then certainly he can file a case for recovery.
