Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
dear sir, my grand father purchased a land 30 years back. He paid amount and took possission but no document or agrement with us. Now land owner refused to register to us. We are built a kacha house in that. What should we do plz advice me. We have any legal authority on it.

You can use the plea of factum of possession as you r having peaceful uninterrupted possession more then 12 years with the knowledge of owner.
