Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear Sir, My Grandmother had a house and land and she wrote a 2 page un-registered will in my father's favour duly signed by two witnesses and died in 1989. My aunt was also one of the witnesses and she also died 6 years back.Based on the will father transferred the municipal property tax , water tax etc in his name in 1992. For the past 22 years all the municipal documents are in his name. Now he wants to sell a portion. Will there be any problem? Any procedures we have to undergo.. Please explain

There would be no problem in selling any portion. He can sell it on the basis of your grandmother's will. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
