Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

Dear Sir, Kindly inform my husband has got a plot in Lahore (in an LDA scheme) in the name of his friend ; the plot is in his friend's name, but all money was invested by him; the plot is still not transferable through LDA, and is still in the name of my husband's friend. Please inform, in order to be on the safe side, and for a temporary arrangement, can my husband enter in a Sale Deed, or Power of Attorney with his friend, to avoid any unforeseen circumstances?
