Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear Sir /Madam,
I have brought Apartment/Flat from Local builder - Bangalore - His pla/drawing shows only Ground+3 floors - But he has built G+4 (total 5 floors).
My flat is in 1st floor / Is it a problem for me now or in future for rigistration and selling? Please give your valuble feedback . Thanks

Dear Sir / Madam,
You are at an advantage since the builder could have built the building without a lift as per the earlier plan, but since he has constructed ground plus four floor, a lift in the building becomes compulsory, which automatically enhances the value of your flat. All you need to ensure that he has approved plans from the Bengaluru Municipal Corporation for the G-4 storeys.
No. I do not envisage any problem for you now or in the future for registration and selling of your flat on the first floor.
