Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear Sir, Madam,
I was seeking a clarification
Long time back one of my collogue was disowned from property by his parents, but gradually everything became normal and he developed good relations by his parents, then mutually all those papers were destroyed. Parents also had given him his property shares. Property and power of attorney was in name of this mother who is still alive but his husband expired two years back. Recently he got to know one copy is still with his younger brother and he is challenging that piece of paper in court. Is that paper still holding any value when mother by her self-given him his property share.
