Dear sir, mai 2bhk resale flat kharid raha hu.owner ne dhfl bank Ka loan liya hai.jab tak dhfl NOC nahi dete tab tak agreement nahi hoga.isiliye hum owner ke bank mai amt cheque se de ya rtgs kare...agar hum rtgs karte hai to WO valid mana jayega???uski entry kya hum agreement pe dika sakte hai???

1) Get the agreement suitably worded by a lawyer.

2) Include cheque details of payment consideration.
