Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
dear sir, we purchased 20 cents of land for six thousand per cent.we paid ten thousand as advance through mediator and took possession balance to be paid within four months.(The sellar purchased this land 25 years back but he do not have any agrement.) now we ready to pay balance amount to make agrement. The sellar refused and asks take back our advance and vacate the land. What should we do. We have any legal right on land or take back our advance and vacate the land. Thanking you sir.

If the seller has no agreement he is not a owner of the land he is merely possessor of the property. He cannot sale the land.one cannot sale what he does not have in your case the TITLE.
