Dear Sir(s),
I want to ask that m mother owns a 10 marla double storey house. We want to split the registry of house into two brother of 5 marla each. What is the procedure of splitting 10 marla registry into two 5 marla registries?

it's very simple, a gift deed would be executed by your mom in your and your brother's favour giving your both equal share in the house.
