Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear Sir,
Does land acquisition for road construction comes under the new LARR bill? A new road is planned which goes majorly through area which are populated by scheduled tribal people.Under what law we can apply for the compensation and whom do we apply to? How much will be the compensation amount?thanks ain advance

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should file your claim for alternate land or compensation claim in lieu thereof, with the concerned Road Development Authority that has acquired your land for development.
