Dear Sir / Madam,

Since the transfer of title in the Greater Noida Authority (GNA) has already been done, you should intimate the seller that he / she should remain present at the Tehsildar's / Registrar's Office at the time you are going to pay the prevailing Stamp Duty and complete the registration of the property, and if there is any amount of the "purchase consideration" that is still outstanding, you will give it to him / her on completion of the registration process. Thereafter, iIrrespective of whether the seller attends the Registration process or not, you should complete the prescribed procedure and handover registered documents to the bank.
