Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear Sir
I have a property in chennai purchased by my father. He died without any will and my mother, myself and two sisters (both married) are all legal heirs. ten years back i invested 10 lakhs and built a house for my mother and elder sister(with the consent of all). Recently both sisters fight and i want to sell the property. One of my sister not interested in selling. Kindly advise what procedures legally i can do to sell the property

Dear Sir,
If the house that you built spending Rs. 10 lakhs is different from your deceased father's property and it is registered in your name, your sister(s) do not have any say in your decision to sell it.
