Dear Sir,I have purchased flat with reserved car parking in pune.I got possession of flat,but builder has given parking by issuing allotment letter to me only , he has not mentioned the same in aggrement which is registered & not also mentioned in INDEXII.pl. advice only allotment letter on builders letter head is sufficent , since according to him parking cannot be sell.does it shows as my property , since there is no any registartion of parking in regst.office.Pl. advice.

Dear Sir / Madam,
YES. As per the latest Development Control Rules (DCR), the builder cannot sell the parking space in the compound. Allotment letter on builder's letter head is sufficient.
