Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan
Dear Sir
I purchased house in 2006 as general power of attorney,now i want to make sale deed on my name for the same,How i can do this?

question prior to answer your is, the seller ( the person who has given you the power of attorney) is alive ? if so , is he ready to sign the documents (sale deed). if this so than go for the title document. you can call me during office hours to discuss this in detail. 0323 4638149

on deed it must be written that you purchased it through GPoA. then no need to change it. it is in your name . plz check the record of right, same would have been entered with ur name, if not so make an application before concerned officer.
