Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan
Dear Sir,
I have purchased a plot in lahore in one housing scheme in March 2012. They told me that possession of the plots will be given after 6 months (in September 2012 )and than you can start construction. But despite of several reminders and by asking again & again, the socitey office is not giving proper answer regarding possession and every time they say that possession will be granted in 3 months. Now it's been 4 years and even no development work is done there. I want to start construction and I want to shift there but society is not giving possession. What legal remedy I can avail to get the possession?
