Dear sir,

I have purchased residential land in village khargapur,near gomatinagar Lucknow on 25 jan10. this is not mutated yet as advocate is saying that mutation of this area is stoped due to any reason.plz guid to whome i should approach &what to do

mutation may only be stayed by the orders of the court and not otherwise. you must check with the tehsildar or the local corporation if there is any stay on mutation by any court. find out the orders, if any and whether it would require your intervention in the matter
