Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear Sir

i am resident of Vadodara city from last 26 years, in 1999 i have deed (dastavej) of my mother. after searching everywhere of government office but still not found original copy of deed. how can i get original or duplicate copy for the same

please advise me

Dear Sir / Madam,

You may check with the local authority for the original or else you can request them to attest the photocopy of the deed by completing the necessary formalities like submitting an Affidavit and Indemnity to the authority.
