Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear Sir

I am staying in Mumbai in a co-op housing society. I have been allotted an open car parking by the society, But since I don't take out my car for more than 15 days a month and there used to be damaged caused by children playing outside, I did an arrangement with another member which has got closed parking slot & we exchanged our parking place. Now society is asking me to keep my vehicle in the allotted slot & not the other vehicle. Pls suggest

Dear Sir / Madam,

Mutual exchange of parking spaces allotted by the Society is not permitted. If the Society is asking you to park your car in the space allotted to you, you will have to abide by and follow the Society's rules and regulations. You cannot take the law in your own hands.
