Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear sir,
last year i was bought 10 cents of residential land in a village. that was registered with the name of Mr. A(Expired) and that was transferred to Mr.B later transferred to Mr.C, all these transfers are made only on bond papers(not registered), now i bought it from Mr. C, in the same way with bond paper agreement, so what i have to do to register that property with my name(Mr. A children are not ready to register).

How the transfers took place? If by registered sale deed, then what is the need of A's children?
