Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Malathi from chennai. This problem related to my friend. His problem is he is having land of his father and he built a home on that worth of Rs.25 lakhs. Land cost may be around 50 lakhs. And he was the earning person since last 12 years and spent all his money to his family and sister's marriage. After the home build, now his sisters(two sisters) are asking share in that home. he made 2bhk in ground floor and 2nos 1bhk in the first floor. They are asking the 2nos of 1bhk home on their name, more over they used to stay in the small home near by this home. These sister's are asking that also on their name.

Sir, what is your legal advise on this?
