Dear sir/madam

Mr.venkatesh have a 100 sents land my father purchased 17 sents land from venkatesh past 13 years...the land registed on my father's name.now we planning to build a shops on that spats..Mr.venkatesh asking a15 fits road to going to back land but this agreement is not mentioned on registered documents......once day the foundation working is progress mr.venkatesh came on the spat with many guys with iron weapons I take the video of that problem then the working is stopped..we desired to applying on court ...first sub court 2 Time sent a letter to venkatesh 3rd time venkatesh came to court and he saying we not go to register office and I not signature on the particular register document ..but we submitted a case with land tax bill receipt or (chitta patta) my father name mentioned as owner of land .......then the main court desired to give diclaration for continueing the foundation ...our public advocate asking money 12000 rupees... he saying 7.5% about the land valuation....the land govt value is 53000 rupees ...we asked another advocate he saying for 53000 value land u have pay 1000 rupees only... then public advocate saying we will not giving any authority for 12000 rupees u have to pay the money outhewise we wil not giving diclaration order..sir we send this all also to the jurdge of the court but she is not take any action....so please tell us how much the court fees for diclaration order... and can we apply the case in another court please help me
