Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear Sir/Madam,
A property is jointly owned by three brothers. Sale deed was registered with all three names as purchaser long back. Though it was bought by my parents they registered in our names. Now we want to give the complete ownership to one of the brothers as per family settlement. What is the best way to accomplish this?
