Legal Question in Real Estate Law in

Dear Sir/Madam,

Few of the plots were sold at meagre consideration by my Father under the influence of Alchohol. The property was inherited to him by my grand father.I have a brother and younger sister who were also astonsihed when they heard of the sale deed. Now that there is no property leftout for our future needs can i challange and reatin my share? How about my brother and Sister as well? My father had endorsed power of attorney to by brother couple of years ago to look after the said property. But ironically few of people claiming to have caste reservation have deceived him. But by now my father takes the side of other party.Pls guide me so as to what legal actions can be taken

as per your query, your father had no right to sell the property as it was an ancestral property and you all have an equal share in the property. you may approach the civil court and seek cancellation of sale allegedly made by your father.
