Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked a flat with a reputed builder in a REDEVELOPMENT land owned by MHADA in Goregon Mumbai. Builder got clearnce certificate upto 16 th floor. I have booked in 22 nd floor. Now the builder is asking installment payments based on construction stage. Builder is claiming it will be available within 2to 3 month time. what is your advice to make payment before getting the clearance certificate ?.
With out clearance certificate is it possible to get registered the flat and obtain the loan?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Have faith in life and the divine blueprint which never makes a mistake. If you are confident that the builder is in a position to fulfill his obligation, and the upcoming construction is right in front of your eyes, you will need to rely on the builder and pay up the next installment that is due, clearly telling the builder that although he says 2 to 3 months, but you want to see your flat completed and ready within 6 months. Get your Agreement for Sale with the builder stamped and registered, if you are keen to go in for a home loan.
Regards,
