Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear Sir/mam, i booked a virtual space in MSX MALL Greater Noida, and builder has been committed for 14% return monthly upto 7 years . but according to a artical of Hindustan News paper, this is illegal to sail a virtual space. whenever i talk to builder regarding this he is saying this is not a virtual space, this is lockable virtual space, so you can not use this space but You can register your space. I am very confused please guide me.

Dear Sir / Madam,
There is no such thing as virtual space and the builder is only taking you for a ride.
