We are six brothers and having property in the name of all brothers. Now I am in need of money.So want to sell my share. But

No one is taking interest to solve this problem. I being elder member of the family requested several times to sit together and

Settle this issue.I being a senior citizen and NRI cannot travel all the time to make them understand. My health is also not

Allowing me to exert so much. It is like a mental torture for me. They are not showing/ giving me papers of properties.

Sir, if I file a suit of partition then they will have advantage of partition free and without any effort. Is there any other way that if I spend money then I should only get benefits.

Sir, I have an other question. I gave a GPA to one of my brother and an appeal case is filed by our tenants.This brother is

Representing on my behalf. Now I want to cancel this GPA. I may or not represent this case myself nor my advocate. In this

scenario we all may loose this case and result could be ex party judgement.
