Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear sir,

we have been staying in hafeezpet from the past 15 years. But it is not registerd land it is just notary land. But we are paying electricity bills to government from our area. Recently some one has announced that we have won the case on this land. Does this land belongs to us or not.
