hi i am debasis, i have a question relating to our property, we have a house in north kolkata, which was jointly purchases my father (age-80 years) and his two brother in the year 1969, regarding the same i would like to inform you that at present his 1st younger brother was died on 2009, my father is the elder son and at the time of purchases of the property his 2nd younger brother was only sixteen years old, but my father enroll his name in the deed. at present his 2nd younger brother(age over 60 years) and his wife and his two son repeatedly threatening us to separate the property(we already separate mutually) , as they want to levied tenants in the house ( they already let out a room for rent by force ), as they have a big flat in the city so they need not require to stay here so they are regularly create several problem, due to this we are already talk with the municipality property separation experts they visit our house and inform us that as per the requirement this is not possible to separate three equally. but for your information that we don't have any other option apart from this house and our financial condition is also very poor, in this situation we are really very helpless to do something.my father and mother is too older their physical condition not too good, kindly help us what we can do to relief from this critical situation?

in such case the options are either buytheir share or sell yours. If the property cannot be partitioned then you can sell and divide the money.
