Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Deed of settlement has been done by a owner of a plot partly for his son and partly for his daughters. Now the father want to give more area to the son than the daughters. Either the son or the daughters does not know of the deed. By way of rectification deed can the purpose be solved. If so whether the rectification deed is legally valid.

1) By mutual consent of parties, settlement deed can be revoked.

2) No need to approach the court in this regard.

2) Cancellation deed must mention the reasons for cancellation of settlement deed.
