Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Delhi High Court ke judgement dated 09.10.2013 me delhi court fee amendement act 2012 ko cancel kar diya hai jismen court fee 10 time badai gayi thi aur kaha hai ki ye central govt ka act hai aur delhi govt isme amendment nahi kar sakti. Please batey ki is act ke cancel hone par property ke partition ke suit par court fee kitni hogi means old court fee kya thi.

Please guide me

partition of property ka suit ho yaa koi bhi suit ho usme kam se kam 50% ki kami aa jayegi.
