Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I haVe donated property to a Society in Salem, for the purpose of helping needy children, school education etc. But they haVe not yet accepted the gifted land which was executed more than seVen years ago, infact they are claiming more property on some pretext or another. Can I cancel the land gift deed, since there is not been a patta transfer all these years.

no you cannot cancel the giftdeed.

Dear Sir / Madam,
A Gift Deed, even if duly stamped and registered, can be cancelled and revoked by the donor during his / her lifetime.
