Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Due to dispute with my father, my grand father sold his ancestral property, a portion of ancestral land to a third party and then he bought it from third party in the name of our uncles except my father. The land is undivided still now. That land is now in the name of our uncles. Can I demand that land my portion ? Please clarify me.

The point is that your grandfather can't dispose of the ancestral land in any manner he wants to. It has to be divided among all the legal heirs as per H.S.A. Hence your father has a share in it.
