I am eldest son of my expired father,My mother & yougest brother is alive.My father made a will expressing that all the property & wealth given to my younger brother,who was instigated my father prior his expried.Please give a advice so that I can get share of
property & wealth.

Dear Sir ,
Although your deceased father has made a Will that his property should be transferred to your younger brother after his demise, your younger brother will need to Probate the Will from the Court for the transfer of title of the property to take effect. At the time of Probate, all the legal heirs including yourself will be asked to remain present in the Court and give your statement to the Judge hearing the matter. You can state your concerns to the Judge then.
