Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

There is a family dispute between a son and a father over the ownership of an appartment. The Father had nominated the son for the ownership of the appartment. The ownership of the appartment has been changed to the sons name. But now the son is not looking after the father and wants to throw him out of the house. The father in turn has put his own lock to the appartment and is now residing in it. Can the son break open the lock and enter when the father is away on some errands??? Can the son forcefully enter the house and throw the father out?? please advice.

Nomination comes into effect after the title owner is no more and not during his lifetime. The father remains the owner of the property and the son can do nothing against the wishes of his father or to forcefully enter the house.
