Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Family Property purched by one person but registered with 7/12 Registration in 5 names.
Head of the family has passed away leaving a will bequiting the property to one of those listed on the 7/12 certificate. Which is valid in a court of law the will or the 7/12 certificate.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Both, the Will and the 7/12 Certificate are valid in the Court. After the head of the family's demise, his share in the property will be transferred to the beneficiary named in his Will .
