Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
i was farming a land as a tenon for 40 years n paying the rent to the land lord ,also i had regular letters exchange n had promise to sell the land to me . all of sudden a lokal gunda came n told me that he had purchased the land one year back ,n took the forceful passetion n showed that he had one year old please guide me with law sections thanking you jayu

You should have moved under B T&L Act. Consult a local lawyer and try an action under Tillers Day.
