Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi My Father has an agricultural land for which RTC is in my father's name.

However my father's relatives have injected a stay on the property.

The case is currently in AC Court.

Could you please advice if we can make any improvement on the property. Also advice how long it would take to solve this case in court as relatives are really adamant for compromise on this property.

if there is a stay then status quo has to be maintained and you cannot improve on the property. I will need to see the pleadings and order sheets of the case to advice you further.
