Legal Question in Real Estate Law in

my father bought two flats one in his name and the other in the name of my uncle a spinster with the intention that one flat will go to my brother and the other in the name of my uncle to me. Accordingly the nominations were prepared and filed. Both my father and my uncle died without a will. Other assets of my uncle were shared among other relatives. And the flat was transferred to my name in 1994. The share certificate too bears my name since then. I have been staying in the same Now I want to sell the same and move to another flat. But the buyer has raised some objections to the entire ownership saying I need to get consent from other relatives. What is the status of my ownership of the same.

Asking for consent is like opening a Pandora's Box.

What is the way out.

Thanks so much.
