Legal Question in Real Estate Law in

my father bought property jointly in the name my mother and himself in 2000. first name being my mothers in the property documents.my mother expired without any will in 2009. he now wants to change the name in society share certificate to his name and applied for same. also he plans sell the mentioned property. what documents does he have to submit in the society and what docs do we have to give to the intented buyer to prove that it is his property and is clear title without any dispute /claim from other family members?

father may do so by applying to the society along with your NO objection affidavit to the society. Once you get the share certificate from the society in father's name that will suffice.
