Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My Father (Say A) has 3 brothers B,C,D. 1 of them (say D) is uneducated and unemployed and we take care of him and he stays with us.I transferred a piece of D's property , which is a Residential Land and Registered in my name. My Father A and his Elder brother B signed on the registration documents.

Can brother C get into any legal conflicts and object on the land I acquired from D? C does not want to take care of D but wants his property rights.

The Property solely belonged to 'D' initially and was not a inherited property but was bought from some one outside our family tree. Now me and 'D' own this property in joint.

I also wanted to mention that my Father has 4 sisters and they are in favor of us and we want to build a house on that property. What all legal complications can be taken by any of the brothers/sisters in the future on the land that now belongs to me? I do not want to part away the land that is registered in my share right now and want 'D' to live with us in the house I plan to build realizing other brothers/sisters are not willing to take care of him.

I do not care if the other piece of land is given away to anyone outside/inside the family.
